AI Pin helps creators turn their own recipe images and recipe details into Pinterest-ready pin designs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you create or use an account, we may collect your email address, display name, authentication provider, and account activity. If you sign in with Google or Pinterest, we receive the basic profile information that the provider makes available and that you authorize.

When you create a pin, we may collect the recipe title, recipe URL, recipe details, uploaded images, generated pin files, and settings used to create those files.

2. How we use your information

We use this information to provide and improve AI Pin, authenticate your account, create and store your requested pin designs, provide downloads, prevent abuse, and communicate about your account or service changes.

AI Pin does not use your recipe images to create unrelated content, sell your personal information, or publish pins to Pinterest on your behalf. You remain responsible for deciding where and when to upload or schedule downloaded files.

3. Authentication providers

If you choose Google or Pinterest login, that provider authenticates you and shares information according to your authorization and its own privacy policy. We use the information received to create or access your AI Pin account. We do not receive your Google or Pinterest password.

4. Storage and service providers

Your account information and project data may be stored on our hosting and database providers. We use service providers only as needed to operate the application, host files, process requests, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.

5. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. You may also request deletion of uploaded recipe images and generated files. Contact us at hello@aipin.app.

6. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and do not share account credentials.

8. Children’s privacy

AI Pin is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
