These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of PinAppster, an online service that helps recipe creators turn their own food photography into Pinterest-ready pin designs.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using PinAppster, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use PinAppster. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. The service

PinAppster provides tools for importing recipe-page information, selecting images, generating design overlays, composing pin files, and downloading those files. Features may change as we improve the service. We do not guarantee that every generated design will be suitable for every platform, recipe, brand, or audience.

4. Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the recipe text, links, photographs, logos, and other materials you submit. You give PinAppster the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and display that content to provide the service to you. You must have all rights and permissions required to use the content you upload or import.

5. Generated files and responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every generated pin before publishing it. You are also responsible for title accuracy, claims, disclosures, links, image rights, accessibility, and compliance with Pinterest’s rules and any other platform rules. PinAppster does not publish or schedule content for you unless a feature expressly says otherwise.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout. Prices, included pin allowances, and plan features are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods. Payments are processed by our payment provider; PinAppster does not store your full card number. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation details.

7. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You may not use PinAppster to infringe intellectual-property rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, evade plan limits, abuse image or API processing, resell access without permission, or impersonate another person or business.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or legal rights, including for non-payment or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Intellectual property

PinAppster, its software, visual identity, documentation, and service content are owned by PinAppster or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these terms, no license is transferred to you.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PinAppster disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
